Late Policy For Lash Appointments Timely attendance and adherence to scheduled lash appointments are crucial to maintaining a smooth workflow and providing excellent service. To ensure efficiency and fairness to both our lash artists and clients, the following late policy is in place: 1. Appointment Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled lash appointment. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a prompt start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lash application or the need to reschedule, depending on the availability of the lash artist. 2. Late Arrival Consequences: If you arrive late for your lash appointment, the lash artist will accommodate you to the best of their ability within the remaining time slot. However, the lash application may be adjusted or modified accordingly to fit the reduced time. In such cases, the full lash service fee will still apply. 3. Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we appreciate your consideration in letting us know in advance. Failure to notify us or repeated instances of late arrivals may result in a required deposit or future appointments being declined. 4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee equivalent to the full lash service may be charged. This fee is to compensate for the time reserved exclusively for the client. We strive to provide the best lash experience for our clients while maintaining a well-managed schedule for our lash artists. Your cooperation in adhering to this late policy is greatly appreciated and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. No Children Or Guests Policy: Due to space constraints and to maintain a peaceful work environment, we regretfully inform you that children and extra visitors are not permitted to reside or visit the premises. This policy is necessary to prioritize the well-being and safety of all residents and to effectively manage the limited space available.
